Hiring a lawyer to work on your estate planning is a extremely delicate matter, there are many decisions that need to be made when you are setting up a estate planning and trust. We met with Robert to talk about updating our estate trust a few months back after interviewing other lawyers. Mr. Walton Was a referred to me by another attorney. My parents died close together and they had some loose ends. Mr. Walton did a professional job and dealt with several siblings that were extremely difficult. As a law enforcement officer of 32 plus years I would highly recommend this attorney. Mr. Walton was a class act to the end of this estate. Advice I have is to have an attorney like Mr. Walton help plan before the passing of a person in professional legal binding way. Mr Walton was hired to manage a very complicated probate case involving my grandfather. He worked diligently to stay on top of things and always kept me informed. Mr Walton was required to not only work with the courts but the attorneys for others involved in the case. The end result was two homes being sold and proceeds dispersed to all stakeholders. At the end of my case I felt I was losing a family member because he became like family.
