After an Audit by the Florida Department of Revenue, it was determined that our company owed in excess of fifty thousand dollars. If I had retained the services of James Sutton at the beginning of the audit I am confident that it would have been at least half of that amount. Unfortunately, I waited until the collection process began to retain their services. At that point it was too late to change their findings but Mr. Sutton was instrumental in the resolution of this experience in dealing with the Department of Revenue. He was a pleasure to deal with and I honestly felt that they really cared about or company in a very difficult time. Can't recommend them enough.

Our company hired Mr. Sutton for a confusing sales tax issue and subsequent audit. He helped us sort through several issues. He was knowledgeable and offered useful suggestions throughout the process. In the end, we reduced our tax burden and we are now well positioned to avoid such problems in the future. He was very knowledgeable and extremely helpful. I had no knowledge about this particular tax law, it confused me, and he answered everyone of my questions and his advise was clear and concise. When you begin searching for an attorney you can feel like a small fish among sharks. I know, I have been there many times. This is the first time in any of my dealings with any attorneys that I don't feel like I am being taken advantage of or just being given another line to keep me on the hook. I employed Angela to help fight a custody battle and I feel as good as I would if I had employed my own sister, because I genuinely feel she cares about the case and the child as much as we do. You do not find that these days anymore. We honestly feel blessed just to have met her let alone to have the priveledge of her representation. I hired Angela to a handle a business matter for me last year. First, she was very professional, and handled things efficiently and effectively. My previous attorney had given me bad legal advice, so Angela had to fix a lot of things. She has a good working knowledge of the law, and didn't make "guesses". Most importantly, she was PROACTIVE!! A lot of lawyers claim to be aggressive, etc, but when push comes to shove, they end up reacting to everything the other party files. Angela presented a clear and concise game plan and stayed out in front of the issues. Some attorneys are impossible to get a hold of, but that's wasn't the case with her.
