I found myself in a bind. Serious allegations had been made against me and had the judge granted the petition it could've affected me for the rest of my life. Theo saved me. He contacted me and before even getting into money he wanted to hear me out and let me know that I would be okay, he really cares about his clients. I had received a court order on a Friday to make an appearance within within three business days he heard about my case and accepted it on a Monday, The Lipsey Firm has a motto "no case too big no client too small" thats a motto that they live by. Theo and I spent the next two days preparing he was coaching me and getting me ready. By Wednesday I felt so confident I was able to look my accuser in the eyes listening to the false allegations. And with grace and eloquence he questioned the accuser presenting nothing but facts and my charges were dismissed. If you are ever in a bind and you want a lawyer that will fight for you with compassion then Theo is the lawyer you should contact.

Beware, this attorney works out of a tiny, one person office more like a "cubicle" in a rented Tampa Office building. And due to his numerous lapses in memory, failure to return 95% of phone/text/email communications and failure to follow through with important documents requested by the State, along with failure to keep scheduled days for conversations with him, I am concerned about his mental health. It has severely compromised his ability to think rationally and poses a risk to the confidential nature of the attorney client relationship.

When I met Julius I was so close to losing faith in legal counsel. Each lawyer I met prior to him would try to rush me off the phone, interrupt, give the bare minimum or belittle me.
