Dineen was referred to me by my divorce attorney to handle an appeal in an alimony dispute/case I had with my ex husband. She was efficient and well prepared and the appeal that my ex filed was dismissed once he realized who he was up against.

In 2014, I was looking for an attorney to help me with Intellectual Property Issues (copyrights, trademarks, etc.) for my website business. Thankfully, a colleague referred me to Dineen Wasylik! I had so many questions! Dineen provided a methodical way to put complex issues into everyday terms, so that I had a deep understanding of the issues I faced and no longer felt overwhelmed. She was always professional, honest, forthcoming and a pleasure to work with. Dineen is an extremely deep thinker. She was retained to manage our trademark application. Nearly immediately she produced 700 pages of documentation and pointed out all of the potential pitfalls for our application and this generated a well managed timeline that we have been following. I have no doubt our application will succeed based on her efforts. She stays on top of things and routinely checks in to make sure things are on track. Dineen is the perfect combination of brilliant legal analysis; crisp & pithy writing; an unbelievable grasp of voluminous records; integrity and compassion. No matter how much pressure we were under (with a 5000 page record and a short deadline), Dineen remained upbeat, while she kept her laser-like focus on the issues, and would edit the paper until it was perfect. When our deadline approached, Dineen was available round the clock and never failed to respond to a single query or to listen to my views. Although no one can do her job the way she does, Dineen made me feel as if I had something to say; she actually read the entire record and treated the case like a collaboration, without a trace of hierarchy, condescension or hide-the-ball tactics. Dineen simply gets to work, and she wants to keep you informed. Before the brief was filed, Dineen even asked me whether I felt adequately represented by her efforts after she had worked through the night; responded to every last-minute question I raised; took my call during her dinner to reassure me that everything was on track-- and produced an amazing brief right on time. throughout the project, Dineen was willing to work through the night to meet deadlines, and she never complained, or made me feel as if this was unusual.
