I highly recommend Tampa Law Group. I recently needed legal advice as I was appointed not just Power of Attorney for a friend of mine, but also his personal representative upon death. I wanted to make sure I did everything as he had stated in his will, even though the will was null and void due to an all cash asset in bank with a right of survivorship. Erin spent over an hour in a free consult listening to the situation and recommending a specific document be created to ensure protections etc. I used her firm to create the document even though there was no pressure to do so. This is a very FAIR law firm that from the minute I sat down did NOT feel like I was being pressured in any way to retain or have them represent me.
