We contacted Mr. Fucillo regarding our landlord (a national company) not returning our security deposit and submitting false claims against the deposit after their allotted 30 day window. He put our minds at ease and took care of everything and we didn't have to worry or think about it at all. Ultimately he won for us and they even had to pay the attorney's fees! We are very thankful for his hard work!

Very good experience. He was knowledgeable, experienced and detailed. Had a pleathera of knowledge. I was happy to hear his advice.
However avvo billed me for 2x the advise so be careful of avvo's billing. I got a simple email from another attorney and it was useless vs my call w this great atty.

his very knowloge takes time to listen to customer addressing all there concerns explaining them.even that he didn't charge me one cent.i would hire him in a moment by all his qualitys.and greate humane been that he is sad that Ilive in Miami and he don't practice here.grate humane been and knowlogale attornys.not many like him or none.

I called Mr Fucillo regarding a dispute I had with an ex-LL, and he was very honest and forthcoming regarding the questions I had and showed strong knowledge in his field, and did not rush me off the phone either. Highly recommended!
