The attorney David Cauthen is a good attorney but his assistant, CJ is an issue. She is incompetent, never returns phone calls, never followed through on my case, never have sent me any paperwork on the Judges ruling and this is a problem. I will have to seek the monies the Judge awarded me. Most attorneys follow the case until it is completed, I truly don't think that will be the case.

Can't say enough good things about Tim and his staff. From the very initial consultation, He took the time to listen and was very understanding to my situation. He did an excellent job representing me at my hearing and I was very pleased at the outcome. People were nice and office was very clean. However, there were stairs to second floor and I didn't see any handicapped accessibility. None was offered even though I was walking with a cane.

Mr. Colando handled my case, from the beginning through to the end,with extreme diligence and respect. He was empathic towards my needs as a client and as a person who is militarily disabled.
