I called and spoke with someone in her office and within an hour Jamie called me and had already made herself familiar with the case. She was wonderful. She put my mind at ease and I know she did everything possible to help my daughter. She called me back immediately every time I had questions and she got results. I contacted this firm regarding some very serious charges and not only was her quote less expensive than 2 other firms I had spoken to, she gave me a fee cap where others would not. Her payment terms were actually realistic for a middle class household to afford, unlike the other firms I spoke to. She was very frank and honest about what her firm could do and what it couldn't do for me. She was not just out to get me under contract and take my money, she made me feel like she actually had my best interest at heart. Even though I have not gone under contract with her, she still offered for me to call if I had questions. If I do hire a private attorney, it will be the Washo Law Firm.

No one wants to find themselves in these types of situations, but boy was I glad I contacted Jaimie.
