Had a collision with a sheriff in Brevard county. 100% not our fault. Car totaled; 2 people insured. Case was troped without informing us. Apparently, the Florida highway patrol lied in the accident report and Morgan and Morgan accepted the false story. I offered to pay the cost for a jury trial and was told that Morgan and Morgan does not want a jury trial. Our case number was 15106091. We only found out that the case was dropped AFTER we called M&M about the status. The advertised slogan and the commercials do not match reality. Good luck if you pick M&M for your lawyer.
