If you have any questions about Florida estate planning, wills, trusts, power of attorney, living will, this is a wonderful place to find all your answers. They offer a monthly workshop. It was very informative and so many answers are provided for all the questions that emerge about wills and trusts. This is a no-pressure law firm with very reasonable prices. Attend the workshop and you will know immediately if you want to continue on the path toward estate planning. "Sham" makes the whole process very understandable. The actual "estate planning" only takes but an hour. Of course, you must do your homework before arriving for the appointment. Give some thought to whom you want for an executor, who will take care of your finances should you become incapacitated, who you want to leave in your will -- or not.

I visited for a review and then update of my current legal documents; Atty Shanawany was thorough, professional and friendly, answered my questions, explained what was needed, no high pressure sales, prices were very fair - I highly recommend this firm.
