Our family experienced a devastating car crash in August 2021 that trapped myself and my husband in our car after being struck by a large SUV with a lawn equipment trailer attached. There was a total of 4 cars involved in this crash, and because of the complexities, we made the choice to involve a well experience vehicle crash attorney. Through several friends, and other attorney’s recommendations, we chose to enlist the services of Tim Babiarz at Babiarz Law Firm, PA, and his wonderful team, Jennifer, and Elizabeth. The whole team at Babiarz Law Firm jumped in and immediately started to handle our immediate needs, but also started to ensure we had the information necessary to get ready for the long-term issues as well. There was nothing that the team didn't thoroughly investigate, and they provided our family with constant communications while answering every question or concern in the most expeditious manner. We just could not imagine handling this on our own and owe a world of thanks to the professionalism that we received at every turn with Tim Babiarz and his team. It has now been almost 8 months since the crash, and even though there are still a few hurdles left to deal with, we are in a much better place than we would ever have been if we tried to go at this on our own. Our family cannot express how grateful we are for all the discussions, answering all of our questions (whether they made sense or not), and just being there to talk to allow us to really put some understanding to all that had happened. I never actually met Sham, but his paralegal, Krissy, took great care of me after my mother's sudden and unexpected death (and the equally unexpected death of her long-time trust attorney - just weeks prior). Krissy was very helpful and patient with me while I was attempting to figure out all the steps I needed to take to settle my parents' estate. I really feel like she went the extra mile for me. Greatly appreciated!

This law firm is truly helpful and sincere in their efforts. Sham reviewed my father’s estate in a half hour meeting and offered simple improvements that we implemented. Since that meeting, my father passed away and I am managing the estate. Sham’s suggestion were spot on and have made my job more straightforward and simple.
