As the Trustee of an Estate set up by this firm. I am very greatful for their professionalism! Kristina Warner was extremely helpful in aiding me to navigate Probate, which was only necessary because the Principal who was also the Benficiary, overlooked one of her smaller assets and didn't put it in her Trust which she alone controlled... Had she referred to her list, which she had itemized for her Atty and then followed up "Probate would not have been necessary"!! (That was the reason she set up the Trust to begin with.) So, I recommend anyone reading this to make sure you put all of your assets in your Trust! Probate is time consuming and could be costly depending on your situation. We had a "positive" outcome on this, as she was very clear with her both intentions and her Will which was legally filed!! I appreciate both Krissy and Sham I would definitely refer my family and friends to this firm.
