After being involved in a collision in Clearwater Florida I reached out to Bill Nelson for legal advice since the at fault drivers insurer became uncooperative . Mr Nelson explained my legal rights in detail and instructed me on what I was entitled to within the law. I then retained Bill Nelson and devoted my time on healing both mentally and physically from the result of the accident. I at no time had to make any additional phone calls to Mr. Nelson about my case but was kept informed of the status throughout the short period it took him to get my claim settled. After a period of time that didn't exceed six months I received a call from Mr. Nelson advising me that a Demand Letter had been sent and he was pleased to announce that the insurer was willing to settle for his Demand which just so happen to have been the maximum the at fault party was insured for.
