On March 6, 2018, I lost my son in a horrible drowning accident that could have been prevented. I contacted Mr. Green and it felt like he literally dropped everything he was doing and came straight to my house to talk with my other children, their father and I. We discussed the details surrounding my son's wrongful death and was with us through all of it including the DCF investigations and the police investigations that was to make sure there were no criminal actions that resulted in my son's death. Anytime I called him, he answered and he was there for us. Then his wonderful assistant/paralegal Stephanie came into our life and went above and beyond for me. The nasty bill collectors started sending me bills that incurred while trying to save my son's life. I didn't have any of his insurance information on me at the time of his death so they decided to bill me the self-pay rates but Stephanie made those phone calls for me when the bills started coming and handled everything. I never heard from anyone again. Any questions that I had, Stephanie answered them right away and if she didn't have the answer, she made sure she found out the answer for me and I always got answers that day. I hope I never have to experience this again but if I do or if I know someone who needs legal assistance, I definitely recommend Atty Rob Green and Stephanie. They were there when our world fell apart. Our family will forever be grateful for everything that this office has done for us!

I was introduced to rob green a few years back when I had my first car accident. He is such a wonderful person, and although our visit was short and ive since only been back In the office one other time, I have to say I've had such a lasting impression that causes me to offer up his services to anyone willing to listen. This was the first time I have ever hired an attorney for anything except for a will & trust. I was involved in an accident with injuries and wasn't even sure how the insurance really worked but it was much different than I had imagined. Once I began dealing with the insurance company I realized I was in over my head and could not focus on recovering from my injuries. The amount of stress I was under was having an effect on all parts of my life. After speaking with a few other attorney offices and feeling frustrated I gave Kemp, Ruge and Green a call. They immediately jumped into action reliving some of my stress just in one phone call. They set up an appointment that day and walked me through the process and how they could help. Plus gave me several medical recommendations that were much better than where I first went for treatment. Mine was not a large case but none the less they treated me as importantly as any of their clients, stayed in communication with me throughout the process, answered all of my questions and handled all communication with the insurance company and all medical providers. Well worth the peace of mind and let me get away from worry and back to normal life. I am so glad I hired them. I would recommend their services to anyone in need of an attorney.
