Absolutely the best results I could have imagined. Worth every penny!

There's nothing worse when dealing with a felony charge, than facing it without good representation. My family and I went through a difficult time when I was incorrectly and wrongfully charged with a 1st degree felony offense. I met Adam Bantner through a personal recommendation, and consistently experienced him put his best effort in for me . . . whether it was a hearing for a continuance, or his knowledge of the law and legal system which seemed to always surprise the prosecution. He was always one step ahead with his preparation, comments and objections. I recall always thinking to myself that when we went into the courtroom for any reason during the 2 year process, there was a good chance we'd see success . . . because he put his heart into it. He wasn't pushy, but shared his knowledge and advise through the process. With a life sentence on the line, he was a wolf. He stood tall by my side, and we braved trial together. Being found innocent of all charges by a jury of my peers, I'm sitting here writing this review with the understanding that not only was this man the best money could retain, but I wouldn't go anywhere else for the rest of my life, should I need legal council again. I highly recommend you reach out to him should you be in a frightening legal circumstance. I have peace now in my life, because of Adam Bantner's prowess as an attorney.

When my beautiful equestrian barn burned down due to a faulty meter, there was more than one party at fault. Many of the firms I interviewed were dismissive of my case and not empathetic to my plight. I interviewed Kim Wells at Valrico Law and he enthusiastically gave me hope, discussed my options, gave me a realistic expectation of the time investment and the challenges that lay before me. All in all, over nearly a three year period, communication was well above my expectations, Kim was attentive to my case and needs for information, and genuinely cared for the result that will so greatly affect my wife and I. Had I not known the difference, I would have thought I was Kim's only client he was so attentive. I truly hope that events in life would not require his services again however, in the case that I need someone to fight for me and ensure I receive the maximum amount due me under the law, I would absolutely choose Kim Wells again without hesitation.
