Legal counsel is very good

Horrible communication.

I recently worked with the Boone firm on two separate, but related issues over the span of 2+ years. My property was taken as a result of Imminent Domain due to a road-widening project. This resulted in me having to purchase and develop land to relocate my business to in Venice. The Boone Firm represented me in a case against FDOT for the Imminent Domain, as well as in a NIMBY dispute with the neighbors over the land development project. While these types of proceeding are never fun, we were able to reach an agreement in both cases that all parties agreed on. Hopefully you do not find yourself in this situation. However, if you do I found Jeff, Jackson, Dan and the entire team at the Boone Firm to be highly knowledgeable and skilled in all areas of land use and development and I highly recommend them!
