Dan and his team were great during an unfortunate time. We had opened our home to a family member for a short period. Unfortunately the individual was asked to leave due to their actions. The individual refused to leave, and stated "you can't make me leave". This person had no lease, paid nothing to stay, and had not been asked to contribute anything (such as food or dollars toward utilities). I was sadly shocked to learn that legally I could not just change the locks.....and that a person could now have a claim to my home in only a few weeks. I needed an attorney to sort it out. Internet searching basically educated me on the fact I was seeking an "unlawful detainer" type of eviction. However, I had some difficulty in finding an attorney that dealt with this. Many who said they handled evictions advised they did not handle an "unlawful detainer". Thankfully I came across Dan's site. He and his team were very informative, and spot on with the process, including the time-frame to expect. I was updated with every step and copied on what was filed with the court. What I appreciate the most is that my emails were answered quickly. My calls were always taken, and returned the same day if they needed to be returned.
