Malena was very thorough with my residency process. She helped my family and I fulfill a dream, very grateful for all of her help. I will keep this short. After my wife’s immigrant visa interview in Kiev Ukraine was cancelled due to invasion, all was transferred to Frankfurt Germany . Working together with Ms Calderon saved the day. Her caring, persistence, knowledge and professionalism in an almost “ give up hope” situation pulled us thru. Three months later immigrant visa’s for my wife and step daughter were granted. Ms Calderon started the process from the beginning of the immigration process twenty months ago and finished it when it got very stressed and confusing.
