I found myself in civil litigation and hired Pat as my defense counsel. He took the time to understand a complicated family trust situation and quickly grasped the issues. He handled the litigation with professionalism, drawing upon his clearly deep understanding of the law. Beyond his talents and abilities as a litigator, Pat was always responsive to my phone calls and emails, answering all my questions with patience and clarity. Pat inherited my case after a failed mediation. There were 5 principals involved and between attorneys, CPA's, Agents, etc. there were no less than a dozen separate offices in regular contact for a few years. Professional throughout, kind, capable, knowledgeable, but most important fair. When things went sideways a bit he was hard edged and tough while still remaining calm and professional. His office staff and co-workers are are every bit as kind and committed to clients as he. I've since asked him to help with another current issue. I certainly suggest him.

Pat, worked with me on 2 cases. The 1st case was a dispute with my family trust, that took 6 long and hard years to settle. Pat won the case for me. The trustee was very difficult to work with and Pat stayed with me until the end. I am very appreciative for all of the effort and hard work he and his staff gave me.
