Mr. Harris is a very personable lawyer, he always has your best interest at hand. He is always willing to listen to your concerns, and communicates updates often. He responds extremely fast to your inquiries by text or phone. My communication with Mr Harris was always with him personally and not a representative. He works hard to get the best possible outcome for you. I recommend Mr. Harris with the utmost of confidence.

Mr. Harris and staff are wonderful.
Even though my case ended up being a dead end and we both knew it from the get go, he still went above and absolutely beyond. He managed to actually get ahold of the man who wouldn’t respond to his own insurance company AND got a sworn statement. Even though he knew it was a dead end.
That’s what we call passion. When it comes to someone who does something from passion, you know they will do the best.

Frank went up against a juggernaut of a large financial company ( complete with a large team of lawyers on staff ) - Frank won my case ! Not only did he get my job back, he was able to negotiate backpay for me too. Mr. Malatesta is as genuine as they come , very fair with pricing - the level of care he shows his clients is sincere.
