I cannot say enough great things about Michelle Napier. One thing that impressed me most is that nothing was "sugar coated". She was very straight forward and told me what to expect each step of the way. Getting my ex to agree to allow me to relocate with my children was not going to be easy and would be an uphill battle. Michelle and her amazing paralegal Ashlee kept me informed of each step and what the options were and what the risks were. There were no empty promises made just to keep the client happy which I know sometimes occurs. Since this was a time sensitive matter, I had many questions. When calling the office, Jessica at the front always made me feel like I was a priority and I would receive an email or call back from Michelle quickly. I was granted permission to relocate and I have a huge weight lifted off of me. Michelle is extremely knowledgeable about the law and doesn’t cut any corners. I highly recommend her and her team.

Kevin is the man in Vero Period. If you want the best for your money, and the best chance of winning your case he is by far your guy. After my experience and outcome, I suggest him to any and everyone that ask me.

This was the most unprofessional "consultation" that I've ever had in my life. I spoke with Kevin Rollin six hours ago, and I'm still so shaken from it that I can't even fathom how Kevin Rollin is a practicing attorney. Even though my client intake form stated that I had legal issues relating to noncompliance with CDC guidelines for COVID-19, Mr. Rollin immediately went into a long, derisive monologue against the CDC, Dr. Fauci, basically anyone who has been extra careful because of COVID-19, and even parents whose children have peanut allergies were targeted. He proudly stated that he does not wear a mask and that he could not take my case because of his own personal beliefs about taking COVID-19 precautions. If only he had taken a minute to read my client intake form before the meeting, he would have known my legal issue was about COVID-19, and he could have saved me the time and energy and anguish of even having a "consultation." He could have emailed or called and said, "Sorry, I don't believe in wearing masks to prevent the spread of COVID-19, so I can't represent you." And that would have been the end of it. He repeatedly mentioned that he wasn't going to charge me for the consultation since he was refusing to take my case, but after having to listen to his "personal beliefs" and anti-masking tirade for what was supposed to be a consultation about my case, I feel like I should be the one charging him. When I tried to get off the topic of COVID-19 and explain the full details of my case and ask more questions, he was judgmental and argumentative and accused me of having a "straw man argument" and being in the middle of a "turf war" before even hearing all of the facts. Then he took a phone call in the middle of the "consultation," so I left the virtual meeting rather than listen to his personal call. He called me on the phone shortly thereafter, and I immediately I told him I had nothing more to say to him. However, Mr. Rollin continued to argue with me and blame me for my legal issues, even though I was the one trying to file a motion for contempt. Please don't use this attorney if you need someone who will listen to the entirety of your legal issues and respond in a professional manner. Mr. Rollin's unprofessionalism and lack of compassion were a great shock to me, and I still feel rattled by his derisive and belittling comments and aggressive demeanor.

Attorney Kevin Rollin is an outstanding attorney. He is a professional and highly competent attorney. Kevin was always fair, compassionate and had my back through my whole divorce process. He provided realistic expectations and guided me through everything. He and his team was quick to answer calls, emails and messages. He was very patient and understanding in my frustrating times. He remained calm, focused and put me at ease! Kevin was able to discover and solve many issues that came up during my divorce case. Because of him i received the best and fair settlement in the short time frame. I highly recommend hiring Kevin as your attorney without any hesitation!
