When you need help....they can help

This morning I spoke with Michael Kissner. He was incredibly helpful. Mike took time and asked all the right questions, never made me feel rushed, and gave me every possible option for sarifactory outcome. I will will absolutely keep their number in my file.

Wow wow wow wow wow that is five wows as in five stars for Eric Eber. Eric called me this morning I'm having a landlord dispute and Eric was so nice and professional answered all our questions in 30 days we're going to give Eric a call back to have him represent us. I have never had such personal service from any law firm as I have had with him.He didn't make me feel rushed he gave me information and then sent me some links of places I can also get heip.this is the kind of place I definitely want representing me. He told me that within 30 days once I get any Court documentation I can call him and I can retain him but you know what he must have been on the phone at least 15 minutes or so with me giving me advice .He did not charge me one penny. I wasn't given to any impersonal call center that tells me that I have to call back leave a number I was so surprised I would actually speak to him that fast. This law firm is incredible I called to speak to the receptionist Brittany she was extremely friendly and I am a retired national customer service trainer and motivational speaker for IBM. The first contact you make with someone is always the most important when dealing with someone. People form their impressions by that first contact and my first contact was with Eric and I can tell you again I just can't say enough about him .We are so proud of him. I read his bio. He was the assistant state's attorney in Clearwater before joining the practice. That impresses me even more so if you need anyone representing you block and scarpa would be the ones I would suggest going to. Disclaimer I'm not getting paid or coerced to leave this infomercial. Eric is not my son so he did not call me and ask him to post this about him. I am not Eric's long lost cousin. I say all of this in a joking manner. If you have any legal matters they can help you with don't hesitate, don't look any further and take my word .Thank you Eric and your boss's if they are reviewing this review , you are so lucky to have Eric on your team so I think Eric should get a $5,000 bonus. Michael was very thorough in detail about how to go about my specific process when trying to tackle a contractual dispute. No doubt in my mind this company would fall no shorter than excellent when called upon. Thank you for taking your time to speak with me, I feel a lot better knowing you're the one helping.
