I was at the end of my rope with my baby mama and was told to see Mr. Battista. She was controlling all of my time with my child, not letting me see him when I didn't give her what she wanted (usually money), and then stopped letting me see our son at all once I got a new girlfriend. Battista laid the law down. Worked circles around her attorney (who knew she was gonna lose but never told my ex) and made it so that now we both get equal time with my son. He's never been happier and even my ex and I actually get along better than we did before I went to see him. My ex even stopped listening to her lawyer and started listening to mine, which helped a lot.

He was appointed by the courts and basically did nothing for my case but destroy it! I don’t recommend him to anyone. And as it seems like it’s his people who is leaving reviews to make him look good but actually he isn’t good attorney from my experience. But will be contacting the Florida Bar about his unprofessional customer service skills. Look elsewhere!

Jeff and his office did a great job with my divorce. Divorce is a very difficult and emotional experience and Jeff along with his office staff helped make this experience as easy as possible. Anytime I had a question or concern they answered them very quickly. Jeff would respond to my emails over the weekend and late at night. I never felt in the dark with the process. Jeff made the process move smoothly and quickly which was amazing. I would use Jeff and his again if I needed any legal help!

Mr. Battista has been working my case for the last few years and I must say I am happy with the outcome. He and his staff are always there to answer my questions and he is more then prepared when it comes time for court appearances. He knows his facts, law, and just how to handle difficult situations.

I hired Battista and he completely neglected my case. Wouldn't talk by phone always sent to his assistant, wouldn't meet for a face to face meeting, let my simple case drag on for months, promised alot at his pricey consultation and provided very little if anything. His assistant has a nasty attitude and his associate in my opinion seems inexperienced and unknowledgable about family law. I ended up taking the case over myself so work could actually get done. These other comments look like they're from his peers, not actual clients. There's alot more I could say, but not interested in getting sued, just wanted to warn our small town. There are great attorneys, keep searching and DEFINITELY take your time before choosing an attorney!!!

Jeff and his paralegal Korie are amazing. They truly do care about your case and getting things resolved without milking the clock. Not always easy when the other attorney is doing just that. Jeff was fair and honest with what our probable results would be and his performance in court and questioning during depositions was exceptional. They always promptly responded to our questions, whether phone call or email. If you want an honest, dependable attorney, Jeff is your guy.

Going through a divorce is hard enough so it was comforting to have someone on my side who knew how to handle each situation professionally and efficiently. The only lawyers in Florida who actually take everything serious but what wants best for the family's. He's just and right, and everyone who works with him work together and accomplish everything right away. If you want your case done right, contact them! 100% satisfied. I found Mr. Battista through the usual channels searching for qualified representation in a difficult custody case, and like most attorney's I've met, he impressed me during the initial consultation. The difference with Jeff, and what sets him apart from other lawyers I've hired, is that he maintained the same level of competence and attention to my case throughout the entire process. Attorney Battista strikes a good balance between addressing your issues and maintaining a sense of what's realistic. He didn't over promise or underperform.
