Clarissa, (Yes, I feel comfortable calling her by her first name!) She is very professional and so easy to talk to. She explains things in terms average people understand, and if you don't she will explain it to you. It has been over 6 years since Clarissa helped me through a very tough time - my divorce. I truly can not say enough good things about this lady. She is honest and trustworthy and extremely knowledgeable. I have recommended her to friends and will continue to do so.

The most distressing time in my life, facing divorce I had been given advice of a long time friend, call Clarissa Harrell. I had interviewed a few other attorneys at the time but the comfort level was not there. With my first consult at her office, I was informed what I would need to provide, and from that minute forward, I knew I was in good hands, a person looking out for my best interest. I was contacted by her office as the divorce moved forward and arrangements were made for a mediation process which brought closure as pain free as one would have hoped for. Although I new in my heart if the outcome had not been acceptable, she would have been with me in the court room to settle the differences. Clarrisa was truly a huge support and to this day I am thankful for people like her!

I will never forget my first meeting with Clarissa. Her intent listening to my situation and ability to work up a game plan. She was wonferful each and every time we met and even since my case was settled more than 8 years ago, Clarissa has maintained contact with me to assure my family is continuing to do well. She is amazing and fights hard for her clients while ensuring they stay positive. I was so very blessed to have had Clarissa in my corner.

Took her over a year and still did not produce what the attorney I replaced her with completed in 3 months. Never returned phone calls. I pleaded her for her to please just send me a quick email on update and once she got my retainer was hard to get any information or work out of. Once you pay the retainer you hate to change lawyers because you have invested all that time and money but dropping her was the best thing that ever happened. She is great once she is court room but her support and effort to get you there was impossible. If you call a lawyer repeatedly for weeks and get no reply you have a loser. Drop them and get a new lawyer. She cost me a year plus in waiting for litigation which amounted to a standard document being drawn and submitted. I know people are busy and I often would not send anything for months hoping that when I did send something or call she would return phone call. Nothing worked with her. I picked her because when I saw her in action in the court room was very good. Didn't ask more questions on her for if I did I would know I was not the only one she has done this with. You are a customer when you get an attorney. Not sure she realizes that.
