I highly recommend Attorney Cathy Cole for any real estate legal advice. I was looking for a lawyer to help me with the process of buying a property. I spoke to 4-5 attorneys on the phone and was very quickly impressed by Cathy’s demeanor and approach. I decided to retain Cathy’s services because I found her to be very forthcoming with her knowledge. She took the time to make recommendations and suggestions, answered my questions and charged a fair fee – how REFRESHING! Because it is easy to work and communicate with Cathy, I have since also asked her advice on a residential lease and I will be consulting her on a couple of more issues.
