Our law firm retained the services Ms. Wasylik in an federal appeal from the U.S. Middle District of Florida to United States Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals. Dineen is a truly gifted appellate advocate who is able to explain complex and technical details in a clear, concise matter. She is double board certified by the Florida Bar in Intellectual Property Law and in Appellate Practice. I suspect that she might be the only member of the bar who is board certified in both of these areas. She is a former law clerk to a federal appellate judge which gives her insight and perspective on how appellate judges approach their caseload. She was a pleasure to work with, confident, poised, professional, effective, and pleasant. The clients that are lucky enough to hire her get a lawyer every bit as skilled and talented as they would receive if they went to a "blue-chip" mega firm without having to pay big-firm fees and big firm overhead.
