Heather exceeded all of my expectations. Before I hired her I had offered the creditor $5000 to dismiss the suit. They refused. Once she became involved they eventually dropped the suit for nothing. She is the most professional effective attorney in her field. I can’t recommend her enough.

Assisted me with a debt that had not been sold to third parties. Evidently, these cases tend to be pretty difficult to dismiss, but she managed to get it done for me. She's also very flexible and understanding with payment, and has a very easy and efficient method for payment submissions. No matter how you spin the situation, getting a lawyer if you're being served is ALWAYS the best option. No regrets.

I recently asked a question regarding a lawsuit brought against me, that I was going to defend PRO SE, and ATTORNEY HARWELL, was the only ONE out of 4 to actually HELP with real useful answers. Where to look, what to look for and an actual case to reference. What to do and not, etc. The other 3 gave me negativity and "hire an attorney" or you'll lose answers. Ms. Harwell did none of that. She really offered a helpful answer and that's what this sites about and that's who I will be HIRING!! Thank you Ms. Harwell, first impressions. Yours was awesome.

After being bounced from attorney to attorney, I finally found one that was looking out for my best interests and not for billable hours. Heather gave me great advice that aligned with what I thought was fair and proper, not the risky possible/maybe loophole options others had proposed. If I go to trial, I would want her by my side.
