Our experience with The Law Offices of Matthew J. Jowanna exceeded my expectations. We reached out to Mr. Jowanna with our concerns that Ms. Lindsay Bash (a previous attorney) had not put our best interest first in representing us. They hang up on me 1st time 2nd & 3rd time placed me on hold for a lo ggg time Horrible customer service Update This company is well managed, They recognized their short coming, followed up took corrective action & showed they mean what they say and say what they mean, This shows maturity, excellent management and can be trusted w your legal issues because they will look after your interests and avoid mishaps and correct them quickly if they happen. Very a few and far in between organizations or PA will do that for a lei t or prospective client
