I don’t like being lied to. My attorney made a promise to me when we first met that upon closing the file he would reach out to all of my health vendors to collect final statements and ask for fees to be reduced. Upon closing the file this was never done as I noticed a discrepancy on the statement provided by my attorney. I then asked my attorney to reach out to all of my health offenders and collect the updated statements as it is in my best interest to receive the maximum compensation. That also wasn’t done by my attorney, I had to do the research and provide my attorney the statements for my file to be updated. I don’t feel like I should have to pay a full $15,000 of my settlement money if I have to do any part of my attorneys job for them. Especially if it was promised to me that it would happen and then when it didn’t happen automatically and then still didn’t happen when I directly requested my attorney to do so. There was about a $2000 difference between what my attorney originally presented and the actual updated statement after I provided statements from my health vendors.

Our country is under attack from Fentanyl, illegal drugs, and criminals, crossing our open borders! We have way more serious problems in our country to be focusing on!
