For The People? No way! It's all just a John Morgan marketing gimmick. They do not communicate well at all. Having a case manager that left the company (don't blame her) mid way through my case and a new one that doesn't answer calls or emails is ridiculous. I haven't even spoken to my lawyer ONCE and I was a client for 3 months. Your best bet is to find a local lawyer.

DO NOT CALL THEM!!! They sent me to a doctor, imaging, and physical therapy for 3 months after my accident and telling me they’d take my case. Today I wake up to an email stating they’re declining representation out of nowhere. I’m left to sort all of this out on my own after all this time. DO NOT CONTACT THEM. What they just did should be illegal. They’re scam artists. Especially Anthony Cutrona. As you see in the email, he didn’t even complete his job. “Another attorney may view your case differently” means there’s still work that can be done. If you’re telling me there’s a chance to win a case, and you agree to take it on from the beginning, you should see it thru and not dump me in the middle of it because it’s not a slam dunk. They just want easy jobs. They’re lazy and won’t fight for you. Such a generic response by the owner. Do yourself a favor and avoid them like the plague.

Was happy with Monique but they keep transferring my file to other people who don't know the story and I don't feel I have to tell the same story on what happened to 5 different people. I canceled them and went elsewhere. I like one person on my case...the last lady that got my file had no noledge of my accident. What a joke

WORST customer experience speaking with JAMAL. In the middle of my question asking for a withdrawl letter, he just hangs up on me so I call back and of course I get a new person. JAMAL is rude, nasty, and had nothing but attitude. He does not need to be working for this law firm if he’s just gonna hang up on CLIENTS that’s asking questions. How’s this the “biggest “ firm but with the BIGGEST and RUDEST call center people? Stop being cheap and hire professionals! If you need my name and number so you can listen to the RECORDED call I’ll be more than happy to provide that you. Never using this firm again.

Well recently found out after TWO AND A HALF YEARS that morgan & Morgan FORGOT to reassign me a “attorney” due to my previous one on my SSI benefits case retired, so long story short I get a different answer every time I call, been callin from last week, one lady answered was rude as hell and disgusting she ask for my number I say it at a normal speed and she’s talking high over me “561!!” So I said it slower for her, tried explaining my reason for call but again she cut me off “your personal representation is blah blah” I asked to get transferred to customer service to report her rudeness, but I couldn’t even finish my sentence and she just transfer me over to this “attorney” or whoever it was, didn’t answer left a voice mail, she called me back but I missed the call due to me having a mental break down after hearing a so called “americas largest injury firm” forgot to re assign me an attorney, and NOW I have to go through a CONSULTATION TO SEE IF THEYLL EVEN HELP ME! Just because its THERE fault. Now I have to cross my fingers just to hope they’ll help me at this point. I just find this ridiculous for a firm with “1,000+ attorneys” to just forget about someone with a disability case thats been going on for almost 3 years. And everytime I call I get a different person, that doesn’t help either. Customer service didn’t help either.

A very confusing experience...... Morgan and Morgan advertised on their website about taking AFFF cases (firefighting foam that causes cancer. There is already a class action). I worked with AFFF for many years and was diagnosed with and treated for cancer. I contacted Morgan and Morgan because they were advertising about AFFF lawsuits. I went through 3 separate receptionists/screeners. The last one enters your information into their computer. Either an algorithm or person receives it and decides if they're going to represent you. I'm guessing the algorithm, as the response was very fast. No..... I'm not sure what would prompt Morgan and Morgan to accept representing someone in this case that they're advertising for. My cancer is listed as one of the known cancers AFFF causes. Seems pretty clear. Maybe if I died, I don't know. Their receptionist/screeners don't tell you why Morgan and Morgan aren't interested in your case. So, I'm rating them 1 star for wasting my time. Advertising for a case that they're not interested in taking. I'll keep them in mind for a slip and fall, which is probably a case they would take.....
