Very slow moving and not very communicative lawyers/staff. I’m trying to hang in there but I don’t see what the purpose of having them at this point is

I don't know if my case went through. Said they'd help a week ago and haven't heard from them since.

Terrible service! Attorney won't return your calls. Settlement amounts aren't discussed with you. You almost have to beg to get paid, once they receive your money from the other party. To top it off, you're told to do unnecessary treatments to "boost" your case, without being told that these costs aren't covered by insurance, but are coming out from your own settlement funds! In a world where you drive around seeing these billboards with people receiving 6 even 7 figures from their cases with other firms, I got a pitiful amount, because my attorney didn't seem interested in pursuing my case further! The only saving grace through all this was my paralegal, whose hard work and empathy helped me survive this long process. Great job Theresa!!
