Horrible experience. Kept asking for more money. Kept threatening me. Finally I just couldn’t give him enough cash.

Mr. Kelly and his firm frequently used an attorney's 4 favorite words when handling my bankruptcy (Bring me more money!); and threatened to intentionally default on answering motions when I was unable to meet their immediate money demands-after I had already paid their standard bankruptcy fees. Gave me weak excuses like 'we're busy attorneys during a pandemic' (I guess they are the only ones in a pandemic?) and refused to cooperate with me in any way on a payment arrangement. Refused all requests to account for monies I paid their office in addition to the bankruptcy; and I had to hire other counsel because of their lack of cooperation and poor excuses. I wouldn't let this firm ever represent me again for any reason.

Made the bankruptcy process simple and easy. I was always able to contact his office and any answers I needed I was given. Email was always replied to in a timely manner.

I strongly recommend Mr. Kelly. I have had the pleasure of working alongside him for 7 years where he has been entrusted with a great deal of responsibility. He is consistently pleasant, and takes on all cases with enthusiasm and dedication. Regardless of deadlines or other pressure, Mr. Kelly always delivers
