Asghar Law may not be the ideal choice for your immigration journey. Unfortunately, my experience with him was unpleasant. Despite hiring him, he did not provide any substantial assistance and seemed more interested in taking my money. His advice was questionable as he suggested that I remain without a work permit instead of actively helping my case. I have doubts about his knowledge of the law and his ability as a lawyer. Based on my own experience, I would recommend handling your case independently rather than putting your trust in him.

Moved to west palm beach in 2019, I was looking for an immigration lawyer in the area to take care of my extremely screwed up case, found Mr Asghar online and decided to give him a call. On our first meeting half way through I knew this is the man that can take care of business, I hired Mr Asghar and he started working immediately on my case, I don’t want to bore you with the details but I was in removal proceedings and now I’m a permanent resident. Mr Asghar and his staff extremely knowledgeable and professional, and they are not in the business of loosing. BEST LAWFIRM EVER...!!! In my case I had an old traffic violation for which I had missed the court date and thus a warrant was issued...something I forgot as it was from 2009. I googled Palm Beach Attorneys and a list came up, except Roger P Foley, P.A. had his website showing incl. his picture, which made me much more comfortable in contacting than just clicking on a name with a number....I called, was asked to email him for a faster response. I emailed him my scenario and LESS THAN 2 MINUTES he returned my call.....unheard off, right?? long story short we got acquainted, we spoke like we knew each other for years...he took my info and advised me to wait for his response. A few days later he called me giving me the date and time to attend court via ZOOM, he was present as well and got my case closed....no need to travel nor sit in court!!!
