After dealing with an appeal in a dissolved marriage it was hard to find a competent attorney but I was recommeneded to speak with Troy Klein and he was above and beyond my expectations. Things are not easy going through the break up with the love of your life but he came to me with common sense and practical ways to resolve the issues we had and we both were happy with the end result especially for what I paid compared to my first lawyer.

I saw all of these positive reviews and I decided to call for an appointment or at least a call back and two days have passed and no one has tried to contact me. I left my information with the receptionist at a very early time and nothing.

I was referred to Max Zaretsky from another one of his clients. Max and his team were very responsive, professional and knowledgeable in regards to my matter. His paralegal, Kimberlyn was very attentive and answered any questions I had almost immediately in an easy to under manner . Max is an extremely sharp lawyer and you will realize that from the moment you talk to him.

Mr. Klein was recommended to me by a professional he had worked with in the past because the case was THAT difficult. I shopped around for quite a while until I spoke with Mr. Klein. Being cash strapped, I hesitated but went ahead and paid the consultation fee because he is worth a lot more than his fees. I went with my instincts thank God. He and his staff are professional at all times. They responded to my communications in a timely manner. They were on top of the court filings and I got copies of everything with a letter explaining what the document entailed. I was informed of progress every step of the way even during the pandemic. Today was the final hearing and although I have not yet received the Judge's verdict, I had to post a great review regarding Mr. Klein and his staff. If I do not win sole custody it was not because of his performance. He not only knows the law, he has the finesse and tact necessary to deal with difficult cases. I thank God he was my attorney.

I am being sued by a very unscrupulous divorce attorney, who is very well connected. It is a case no one in Miami, where the lawsuit has been filed, wanted to touch. Mr. Klein confidentiality took on my case. We’ve had one hearing to date & Mr. Klein was impressively prepared. His knowledge of the law, ability to recall case law and his questioning of witnesses was so impressive even the judge had to praise his talent. We still have ongoing issues in court but I can say with confidence, I do not worry about Mr. Kleins competence and concern in my case. He is fighting for me to have a positive outcome.
