This law firm has come to my rescue twice. The first time was after Hurricane Irma (2017). The homeowners insurance company was horrible and refused to pay for anything or even return phone calls. I went to sue the insurance company with a local (Naples Florida) law firm who had been recommended to me. That local law firm folded like a house of cards when the insurance company's law firm filed a "Motion To Dismiss." I knew in my heart that we had a good case and refused to give up. I researched the internet and found Rosenthal, Levy, Simon and Sosa. They took the case, won the motion to dismiss filed by the insurance company's law firm and got a settlement of $60k. The second time they rescued me was after I sustained a brain injury after being rear-ended while in my work vehicle at a stop-light in September 2020. Subsequently, I was off work for 5 months and still have some cognitive issues. Attorney Jonathon Levy managed the personal injury side and Attorney Alan Aronson dealt with Worker's Comp to ensure that I received the best treatment possible. Attorney Levy just settled the personal injury side for the full maximum of the policy limits. Attorney Aronson is still helping me with any worker's comp issues that arise. I have worked in the criminal legal field for the past 28 years and know a tremendous amount of attorneys. Like in any field of study, some attorneys are amazing, others not so much. The attorneys I have worked with at Rosenthal, Levy, Simon and Sosa have been some of the most amazing legal minds that I have ever encountered. I recommend them to everyone that I know!
