Mr. Foley is a very knowledgeable and straight forward attorney. I admire his calmness when he’s speaking, he always seems to be in control. Mr. Foley also has an impeccable memory. Roger is a no-nonsense attorney who understands what the goal is and doesn't waste time getting there. He successfully navigated my case to a dismissal in just a couple weeks. He knows the prosecutors and the system and how to get through it. I highly recommend him for criminal defense.

I can't recommend Mr. Ashgar enough. He assisted my wife and I in obtaining her permanent residence over the last year and a half. Through the application process he was always available to answer my questions and walk me through the sometime confusing steps required to legally immigrate to this country. My wife obtained her residency 2 weeks ago and I feel that if wasn't for Mr. Ashgar that would not have been possible. Please do not hesitate in using his services. He is a very knowledge attorney and will not let you down.
