I came here to ask for my brother’s situtation, and hired them to help for his case. They told me I will have an approved letter a month later. After a month and half, I didn’t receive any new information about his case. My whole family were really nervous because as the strangers in America, we don’t know what we can do. Therefore, I called back to them with the hope that they will figure out what is happening. Because what they told me actually did not happen, I think they are supposed to have the responsibility about that. However, instead of giving the reason for me, the secretary was rude, and told me that if I want them to do it, I need to pay again that money for them, or hiring them for the whole process. I will never hire them again. First, I do not trust them anymore. Secondly, the way they treat client is all about money, not the help or the responsibility.
