BEST LAWFIRM EVER...!!! In my case I had an old traffic violation for which I had missed the court date and thus a warrant was issued...something I forgot as it was from 2009. I googled Palm Beach Attorneys and a list came up, except Roger P Foley, P.A. had his website showing incl. his picture, which made me much more comfortable in contacting than just clicking on a name with a number....I called, was asked to email him for a faster response. I emailed him my scenario and LESS THAN 2 MINUTES he returned my call.....unheard off, right?? long story short we got acquainted, we spoke like we knew each other for years...he took my info and advised me to wait for his response. A few days later he called me giving me the date and time to attend court via ZOOM, he was present as well and got my case closed....no need to travel nor sit in court!!! Having wasted money on one irresponsible Florida attorney, I reached out to the law office of Roger Foley in West Palm Beach because of his recommended skill and empathy in dealing with mentally ill patients like my 36-year-old son, who faced criminal charges in Daytona Beach, Volusia County. Roger stood out because he “got it.” He was able to eventually connect with my son, and Roger was responsive as the case made its way through the two worlds of the court system and the Florida health care system. He took the time to meet with my son and understand the complexity of the situation. He also kept me, the parent and caretaker, informed along the way. Further, Roger negotiated as well as he could with the prosecutor and wrote the court an outstanding letter outlining how my son deserved a reduced charge and no probation based on time served and my son’s situation. I still think that the courts and the Florida system were harsh in dealing with my son and my son’s case, but it could have been much worse without Roger’s counsel and attention to detail.
