There are people that are passionate about what they’re doing, and people that are just doing what they’re doing. I was in contact with David Olson during a holiday weekend. He didn’t have to take my call or even contact me back for several days. I heard from him within minutes. David was able to put my mind at ease, and give me enough information to put everything in context. David turned a stressful situation into something very manageable, and I am very grateful for that.
