My son had been outrageously charged with petit theft by Broward PD in Florida when of course there was no ground to do so. A combination of Mr Foley resume & the affordable fee. But most of all, after talking to him over the phone I fell that his law firm would be the perfect match for us. I’m very happy to say that it was indeed the right decision. Mr Foley got the charge dismissed and we will now go for the expungement of my son’s record. My son never had ever problem with the law and this frivolous arrest would have blemished his record. The impact of having the charge dismissed and the record expunged is very important nowadays!
