Be very wary of this guy. I came to him with a small construction case and he insisted his buddy do an expert report that was incorrect and then charged me to chat with that buddy. He pawned me off on a completely inept 'paralegal,' if she really is such as I had to coach her as to how to proceed. They plugged my name into a standard form letter which I rejected and charged me for absolutely nothing except a waste of time. This guy is out to make money off of others' misery. I wish I'd never heard his name. There's a word for this type of attorney...
