Jo and Chase were amazing! From our first phone call we were treated very professionally and respectfully. They took the time to meet with us and explain how everything would work to get our medical bills taken care of. Jo kept us up to date on everything and the matter was settled very quickly. The entire office is personable and professional. I'm pretty sure our case was not a huge one for them but we never felt like we were unimportant.
