Mr. Skier is an absolute attentive professional. He not only listened during the initial consultation but he took my calls for additional questions and concerns. He was and is the winner we were looking for.

Scott skier is a genuinely great defense attorney. Without going into to much personal detail, a family member of mine was in a really bad situation. The outcome was not looking good, the cards were stacked against us. Scott zealously defended my family. Said family member had violated probation on multiple felony counts. His score sheet put him in a position in which he was facing years in prison, plus being a convicted felon. Scott didn't only believe in his client he brought the facts to the judge and clearly communicated to the judge; in which the judge was able to see the whole picture and re instate probation. To further this lawyers diligence in defending my family, Scott has been in contact and answered all questions. He makes himself personally available to guide you through the system. He advises you on which direction to go but he ultimately leaves the decision in his clients hand, promising to defend no matter what. We had the state and probation department fighting hard to have this family member unjustly put in prison. Scott didn't let that happen. Probation reinstated, sentenced to 90 days in county with credit for time served, adjudication STILL withheld. Meaning my loved one will walk free, finish probation and move forward with his life, NOT A CONVICTED FELON. This is without a doubt the best possible outcome! I have no doubt that we wouldn't have achieved this outcome without Scott fighting in our corner.
