I was refinancing my loan and wanted someone local and trustworthy to handle the closing. Mr. Marseille was very patient and kind. He explained every detail and answered my many questions. He was meticulous with every detail and contacted the mortgage company when the text was questionable. I couldn't have been in better hands.
