Better late than never 🙂 I apologize in advance to Heidi, Marc and the staff. Although we met almost 2 years ago, there's not a day I don't think about how lucky I was to be referred to Perlet and Shiner by a good friend.Anyone looking for a criminal Defense Law Firm you found it..My experience with Perlet & Shiner was something I will never forget, From my initial phone call to the disposition of my case I was treated like family. I have never been so impressed with the extensive knowledge, professionalism and the amount of empathy that the entire staff has for their clients. Believe me, I hope I never have to call them to represent me again, but would in a second. I will always keep in touch and remember the couple weeks we worked together. Heidi and Marc are so impressive you will walk out their beautiful office the first day knowing the answers to the questions you had prior and feeling how motivated they are to help resolve your situation with the best possible outcome. .They keep you updated and ensure that you are aware of dates, things you need to do as well any progress on the case. I worked with Marc and Heidi for about 2-3 weeks and then one morning had a missed call at 8 o'clock from Marc. Knowing we were going to be speaking and finding out certain things, I immediately called him back and his first words to me were "good morning Marc I wanted to reach out to you to let you know that they have not excepted you to a diversion program". My response was Marc can we take this to trial because I know I'm innocent ? he then asked me if I wanted to know why they didn't accept me into the diversion program, feeling depleted i said i guess and The next words i heard, I will never forget, YOUR CASE WAS DISMISSED." Now I'm not the most athletic guy in the world but I think I had about a 42 inch vertical that day as I was screaming. Oh my God please tell me you're serious, and he reassured me that he'd be sending over the paperwork when he got to his office. Again, I cannot emphasize the feeling you experience when you meet this team, you just know that you're in good hands. My only suggestion is be careful if Marc gives you his cell phone number, I want to apologize to him for pocket dialing him at 12:30 Pacific time . oops but 2-3 minutes later my phone rings and i hear hey Marc it's Marc is everything ok. Not many attorneys are calling you back at 3:30am I am forever thankful to Heidi & Marc. Happy New Year!

I approached the firm about a 2A issue I was having. Mac Kenzie Sacks agreed to take on the case. Even though it was a pretty niche area of law she listened to my needs and we developed a strategy. When I did my pretrial conferences with her she made me feel like she truly cared about my issue and me. She almost made me feel like family. When we got to the day of the hearing she aggressively litigated and pursued the desired outcome. We won. While there fees can be high, this firm isn't out to make a quick buck, it is a good firm, I know because they have lawyers like Mac Kenzie on there team. It was money well spent. Mac Kenzie is a great legal strategist, with an eye for creativity in the legal process. I am not sure if I would have succeeded without her help.

I was in a difficult situation, and after doing some research and meeting with Heidi, I was confident that she was the perfect person to help me with my son's legal needs. Words cannot describe how thankful I am for Heidi and Marc. They represented my husband after he was falsely accused of a crime. They were very accessible when we had questions and would regularly call my husband just to check up on us.
