I reached out to Curtis Witters about a year ago about a prenup. We had one brief phone call and he sent me an email with some basic info. Her divorce wasn't final yet at the time, because it took longer than we expected. Then when I reached back out for an inital appointment, he emailed me back to find someone else because he said we had several phone calls and emails already. That's not even true. There are a lot of options in this area. I wouldn't call him. He just wants your money up front before meeting with him.

He gave me great advice right away and took on my case. Bill got me exactly what I wanted and I couldn’t be more great full for him. As an attorney, I am highly critical of the services provided by other attorneys. During Bill's representation of me, I found him to be extremely competent and at the same time a truly caring professional. Unlike many attorneys, Bill is absolutely vested in keeping his clients fully apprised of potential outcomes as well as leveraging the facts to secure the best possible outcome given the circumstances.
