I have had a need to speak with several law offices in Palm Beach County recently. I have been amazed at the lack of professionalism by the staff. Particularly the folks at the intake department. Half of them I can't understand and half of them don't understand what I am calling about. I wonder how many good cases a law firm loses because of incompetent intake staff. When I spoke to Lauren at Steinger, Greene & Feiner it was a breath of fresh air. Finally a competent and professional staff member. She didn't rush the call. Spoke very clearly and made sure I understood what to expect going forward. Thank you Lauren
