I would like to express my appreciation to attorney Matt Shafran with Weinstein legal of his professionalism, knowledge, and quickness when working on my wife's case. With out the legal guidance and direction my wife would have been in a lot of trouble. Matt assisted in getting my wife's case dismissed and now other than having an arrest show up she will not have any criminal charges on her back ground. With his quick response Matt went right to work to meet with the prosecutors and was able to strike a deal with to allow my wife to get the treatment she needed to sustain a better life rather then leave a lasting mark on her back ground. I had no idea who Matt Shafran was and his firm because we are from out of state and the situation happened while we were on vacation but after receiving a flyer to my home and my initial conversation with Matt i immediately got the feeling that my wife was in safe hands. Matt was able to assist with everything and My wife did not need to come to Florida for anything seeing that he took care of it for us. Matt was very responsive and quick when we called or emailed. I recommend Matt Shafran 100% for any criminal cases that need an attorney you or your family may have.

I reached out to Weinstein Legal when I did a Google search for a charge of Violation of Probation attorney and I am so happy I did! I was assigned to Matt Shafran and from day one he always made himself available to me answering countless questions I had. As my hearing date was closing in he reached out to the state prosecutors multiple times in an effort to get the charge dropped and to reinstate my probation. On the hearing date Matt again reached out to the prosecuting attorneys and was able to have the affidavit removed with a minor change to my probation. In the end I was not charged with anything and walked out of the courtroom with no baggage! He is an outstanding, dedicated attorney and if you are in need of an attorney you should look at Matt Shafran - you will not regret it! Thank you Matt for all you did for me!

Jack is representing my husband in our divorce. He does not listen or do what he tells him. He does his own thing. Who is the Client? He paid him $2000.00 he should be listening to his Client not doing the opposite. He is to busy handling his high paid clients in NY to care about you and your divorce.
