I was never so grateful as to be represented by this law firm with Mr Scott Smith and Mrs Marci Ball Elordi to represent me at my trial. They were fully prepared and were extremely professional with keeping my best interest in mind. They able to maintain that I was the victim of this horrible accident that the person who ran the stop sign would keep defending that she was not at fault. They were able to be successful in getting a verdict of $1,500,000 on my behalf and I was never so proud in how they handled my case and the way I was represented. This firm has successfully represented my son in two separate traffic accidents. Always there to answer your call, day or night, and not just for the client. Unfortunately I have to change my review and I am shocked at what happened when I came to the same attorney Matt Haynes that did such a great job for me last time. I was recently in a car accident and screwed over by my insurance company I came to Matt who at first when I told him that I needed help sounded enthusiastic about it. Now when I explained how different the situation was this time his voice immediately changed. It sounded almost like he was disappointed. He told me to send some information over and he would see what he could do and get back with me. I admittedly took some time getting everything over to him because it wasn't easy to track it all down but sent it over as I got it. Now after repeated emails, text messages, and phone calls since that ONE AND ONLY TIME I was able to get him on the phone I have heard nothing! When I say nothing I mean nothing! Not even a text and I'm left to think that because after looking into my last case which I come to find was a layup that because he would actually have to work I'm not worth his time! My life is completely screwed up because of this accident. I guess if it's not a layup you should get another firm to work on it! It really does make me sad to have to tell you all this but after being treated like I'm not even worth a simple text I don't think you should use them for a difficult situation! This firm is the real deal. I was the passenger in an accident severely injuring me even needing emergency surgery and was laid up unable to walk unassisted for 5 months. The first firm I contacted whose name I only knew from ads on the radio told me there was nothing they could do for me. I couldn't believe it. On the recommendation of one of my doctors I contacted Lytal, Reiter, Smith, Ivey, and Fronrath. Matt Haynes analyzed my case and not only did he get me the maximum amount from the policies but got it all said and done in ONLY 60 DAYS! I was treated like my case was the most important case he had and was constantly updated so I never had to wonder if my case was being worked on. All my medical bills and debt was paid and still I ended up with enough to get a fresh start in life. I thought at my age going back to school wasn't in the cards as i was working two jobs.
