Wish I could give more stars! Gina came in to save me in my divorce settlement half way through as I was very nervous about hiring a lawyer after hearing so many horror stories from friends. It was the best money I could have invested to save my sanity, time as well as saved me money in the long run. She has a wonderful manner about her, listens to your concerns, as well as take the time to explain options available to you. If I hadn't have hired her I am sure my divorce would have taken another year, causing more stress for myself and my children. Met Gina Szapucki at Ward Damon's office in WPB on the eve of filing for divorce, which at first, looked like to be a "regular amicable" divorce. So far so good right? Well... it was "amicable" all right! I quickly came to the fact that shortly after I filed for divorce, my ex became totally irrational, vindictive (Her drinking and her pill popping did not help). I have always heard that in Florida, women get more sympathy from the judges and men always get the "short end" of the stick.
